EFFECTING EFFICIENT INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNICATION CENTER November 16, 2007
A seminar for communication center personnel dealing with methods of overcoming internal problems caused by personality and other situations effecting the overall operation of the communication center. Topics include: (1) role of the supervisor in creating a working climate within the communication center; (2) motivation and positive attitudes; (3) interacting with subordinates; (4) problems with employees and employees with problems; (5) enforcing policy; (6) corrective behavior; and (7) positive discipline. .

DATE/LOCATION/TIME
Program will be conducted November 16, 2007 at the Sebastian Police Department, 1201 Main Street in Sebastian, Florida. Class will be in session 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

FEE
$195 per person.

It is suggested that you make reservations no less than one month prior to the opening session of the program.
