COMMUNICATION
CENTER PROGRAMS NOW AVAILABLE FOR ON-SITE PRESENTATION AT YOUR AGENCY
The
communication center programs listed below are available for presentation at your
location as on-site offerings.
Programs are available for presentation under
the open-enrollment, contractual, or our new and increasingly popular combined open-enrollment/contractual
model.
OPEN-ENROLLMENT MODEL
You indicate the program you desire
to be conducted and agree to provide the meeting space and to distribute regional
teletype messages on the program or programs. For such hosting, you are permitted
to place five of your personnel in the class or classes free of tuition. The five
free seats are provided regardless of the number of enrollments. As long as we decide
to conduct the program, the five seats are yours to distribute among your personnel.
For any number over the five, the registration fee is reduced by 40 percent.
CONTRACTUAL
MODEL
In this model, you determine the program you want and we arrange for
its presentation. We spell out in a Letter of Agreement the total cost and for that
amount you are entitled to place thirty individuals in the class. We leave all the
promotion to you. At the conclusion of the program or programs, you receive an invoice
with payment due within 60 days of its receipt. In this model, participants need
not be all from you agency, but you would be responsible for their recruitment and
collection of fees. This is especially significant if your have a small agency and
require additional outside participation if the program is to have sufficient income
to pay the Company for the program
COMBINED OPEN-ENROLLMENT/CONTRACTUAL
MODEL
This is our latest and quickly becoming one of our most popular models.
It brings together the best of the open-enrollment
and contractual. Like the contractual,
we provide the price for scheduling the program, and ask that you assist in the
promotion
of the offering. We also assist in promotion. You are entitled to place 25 persons
in the class. There is no need for you to collect any fees. The major highlight of
this model is that for each outside person we recruit, there is a deduction of $125.
So, for example, if the contract is $3500, but we recruit 15 outside representatives,
the final amount you would need pay is $1625 for the same twenty-five personnel from
your agency (this is based on our standard $295 fee for each outside representative).
We provide a Letter of Understanding which outlines in detail the cost reduction
schedule based on outside enrollments. As in the contractual arrangement, after the
program, we send an invoice payable within 60 days after receipt.
