EVALUATING ON-THE-JOB PERFORMANCE OF COMMUNICATION CENTER PERSONNEL
November 8-9, 2010
An all-new seminar designed for communication center directors and supervisors with focus on methodologies and techniques that might be utilized in assessing and/or evaluating the job performance of call-takers and dispatchers. Topics to be covered during this program include: (1) review of determining pre-employment qualifications; (2) job task analysis; (3) probationary period for new hires; (4) formal in-service training for new personnel; (5) developing and implementing a structured training program; (6) evaluating experienced personnel; (7) agency evaluation review; (8) anchor points; (9) assessing future supervisors. Seminar will be conducted November 8-9, 2010 at the County Administration Building, Conference Room 6, 366 North Church Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina.
